subscription ad showing

We have paid to have no subscription on our forms - yet it is till showing on our thank you page.

Hi @DePrato!

I do see you are under our Bronze Paid Plan, by default the branding option does stay enabled. You can easily uncheck this option by accessing your profile on Account Settings.
