Multi Column Drop Down Answers - multi part question

I have a multi-part question I need answered.

In my example I need to capture the frequency and duration of an exercise type.

For example if the patient does Cycling as an exercise, I want to know how often (via a drop-down) and the duration (via a drop-down). Please see attached screenshot.

Is this possible?

Yes, that's possible. You can use the Input Table with Multi Type Columns field for that.

I am having a weird issue with this.

I have configured it the way I want and it generally looks great with one exception. The values for "Frequency" get automatically added to the list of options for "Duration".

I have attempted to remove the extra values from Duration multiple times, but as soon as I navigate back to the "Fields" section the values are automatically added back in.

See attached screenshot. "Daily, 2-3 times per week, 1 time per week" are automatically getting added to the "Duration" options even if I manually delete them. Please advise.
