Upgrading to Storage plan

I am currently on a free plan.  If I upgrade to the Storage Plan do I get 100 submissions PER MONTH?

Storage plan has the same monthly submissions limit with the free plan which is 100 submissions per month.

The only limit they differ is the Submissions Storage. It is the total of all form submissions stored in your account. For the free plan, you can only store up to 500 submissions in your account. When you exceed this limit, the most recent 500 submissions will be kept and the old ones will be deleted. While on the Storage plan, the Submissions Storage is unlimited.

If I dont care about storage can I just keep my free account? I have a very small business with much less than 100 submissions per month.
