How to show text details based on a response to a previous question?

    We have quite a few of these types of questions.  Basically, if someone answers "Yes" to a question about illness or hospitalizations, we need them to fill out a text field with details.

    I found a workaround using the Multi-type column Input Fields, but it would be great to have a larger text field available that was not a separate question.


    I am attaching a link to what we use now.  I will put the workaround in a reply.

    Here is the workaround.  Some patients have ALOT of details they wish to share so a large text field would be ideal.

    Sorry, but the text field in the input table cannot be increased. But what you can do is something similar to your first screenshot. Add a Long text entry field below the question and show it conditionally when the answer is YES. Please see the screenshots below.
