I can't connect my PayPal business account to Jotform

    I successfully connected my PayPal business account to Jotform. Then, when I decided to put my form in test mode to try it out, Jotform asked me to reconnect to my PayPal business account. I have tried to do this six times – each time it says that I need to create a business account. I have triple checked my account email - it is correct. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

    I just checked it and seems you were able to connect your account to PayPal checkout now. Is the issue resolved?

    I am able to connect only if I have test-mode disabled. If I enable test
    mode, it asks me to sign up for a business account.

    If you set the PayPal to test mode, you need to create or log in a sandbox account. Please check the guide below on how to create sandbox account:
