    Hi there,
We need to create an e-form for our client contact form. Please see the attached and let me know if we can create this on Cognito.
This is for the alarm monitoring branch of our security installation business.
    We need the following:
    - Form is completed on ipad, iphone or desktop
    - Form is completed by customer or partially completed by admin. If our admin team starts filling out the form there should be capability for a technician to hand the form to the customer onsite to complete
    - Once complete, forms need to be submitted to a central location. Ideally emailed to a specific address in our offices.
    - Customer needs to review terms and conditions which I believe we can attach as a file
    - Customer needs to sign
    - Ideally we can place our logo on the form although not essential
    - Payment details are shown in the attached by we will need to replace this with a link for the customer to fill out their payment details through a direct debit platform

If you are confident your product can replicate the features of the attached form, I would be very interested in subscribing.

Look forward to hearing from you

Thank you for contacting us, Janine!

Your requirements will surely be met here at Jotform.

1.) Jotform can be used on any device. We also have the jotform app released recently, to find out more about our mobile app, please check it out here

2.) I think this one is the approval workflow process? Once the form is submitted it will send an email to admin and then the admin will approve the application/form? If so, please check our guide for that here: A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

3.) You can send the email based on your user response, please refer to this guide: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

4.) We also have "terms and condition widget" or "scrollable term widget" that you can use for your terms and condition.

Here's the link for the widgets:

    Guide: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form

5.) I assume you meant you just want to add password/access code to access section/elements of your form. You can refer to this similar discussion thread for the guide:

6.) We also have a payment integration here that you can use. It can charge your customer real-time as well. Please check our payment integration lists here: Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm
