Could not load forms on mobile device using chrome as browser

my forms wont load on my chrome mobile app why is this.

To clarify, you mean your form does not load in your mobile browser (chrome)? If so, I just tested your forms using android device and chrome browser and it works fine on my end.

Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before opening the form.
