How can I make keypad textbox bigger and make checkout list?

So guys i have 2 problems:

1)I can not find out how to do the keypad textbox bigger.

2) I would like to do a kind of checkout list.

So when the fields name and surname are filled, i need to copy them in a list box.

Then...using a:(button or check box or radiobox)when i click it the name must be deleted from the list.

How can i do it? I tried several stuff inside the jotform platform but, when i use a list widget and i wanna create a condition i can not find the single option.

Sorry Man! Maybe i'm not been clear.

I 'm gonna try to explain better using steps:

1) Custom fill the form

2) The name/surname filled have to be copied in some listbox.(widget)

3) When i click a name onto the listbox it must be disappear

NOW.. i try using conditions but i can not find the right way to do it.

I have checked your form but unfortunately I'm not sure I understood your requirements correctly.

May we know the field name for the listbox? If possible, you may also share a screenshot of the field.
