    I guess you mean you're not receiving form notifications. That is because your email address is in our bouce list.

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta33.westchester.pa.mail.comcast.net comcast 199.255.194.33 Comcast block for spam.  Please see http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'

    The emails coming from Jotform has been block by comcast. Most of our users are having the same issue when using Comcast.

    You may check this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues. And I would suggest using different email.
