    Hi,

I tried to log into my account yesterday and it said that my IP address was banned from the website for phishing attempts or something like that? Today it let me access the website, but it says that my account is suspended. Could you tell me why that might be, and how I fix that?

Your account was suspended because the form - "92033655612150 Tuition Billing" was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting credit card details in plain form fields.

Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending fields mentioned above.

Is there a way to just delete the whole survey and get the account unlocked. It is for my work. We tried to see if there was a way to just collect CVVs. It wasn't the whole number so I didn't think that it would be a problem because it was only the CVV and nothing else?

I have deleted the guilty fields from your form and your account has been reactivated. You should be able to access your forms normally now.

As advised by my colleague earlier you can always use payment integrations if you are looking to collect the payments through your forms.

Feel free to get in touch should you have further concerns.
