Settings Tab in Form Creation Broken?

I had a couple of forms come in today with no PDF attached, and they are set up to attach the PDF. I went into form editor to make sure this option is still selected, but the settings tab just opens to a blank screen. Is the system down?

I am able to replicate the issue you reported on out test HIPAA account. I will report this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved. 

Our developers resolved the issue with the Settings Tab. It is working fine now. Please check it again.
