I get an Invalid PayPal account error but I do not want an online payment in the form

 The entry fee to this particular event has to be check or cash - I don't want any type of online payment 

also I'm totally new at this and have just built my first tennis tournament registration form

can you help I'm trying to email the form to my players to fill out - again I just picked a friend to do one with and he got that message

It seems you integrated your form with PayPal payment method and have not linked your PayPal account which is why you are getting the error message.

If you wish to accept payments with PayPal and Check then you may follow this guide: How-to-Set-up-PayPal-Along-with-Other-Payment-Options

But, as you mentioned you don't wish to accept any online payments, you may try using the Purchase Order payment.

The payment section has PayPal already checked off - it has an edit button

Go to the form builder with the form, and click on the Paypal field. Click the trash bin icon to delete:

Next, go to the Add Form Element and click Payment tabs to add Purchase Order. Your items are saved for you and will be automatically added once Purchase Order is added.
