Cannot login to account

    HI can you tell me what's happening with my account? I cannot login to positive families info@positive***.com.au  Can you reset this so I an access my forms. thanks

    Do you get any error message when you try to sign in to your Jotform account? I did check your account "PostiveFamilies" and did not find any issue with that. Your account is active and you should not have any trouble. 

    Do try to sign in to your Jotform account "PostiveFamilies" and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Could you please try these steps:

    1. Clear your browser cache.

    2. Re-open the browser.

    3. Try to login again.

    4. Also, try in an incognito window of the browser.

    If you are still unable to click on the submit button then please let us know the browser console logs.
