My Login is suspended?

    I am not sure what happened but now my login is suspended.  I was building a form and then the site would not refresh.  When I closed and relaunched I was then unable to login.  


    Please help.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently auto-suspended as your form "Community Connect Contact List (2019)" is suspected to be used for phishing.

    I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you on this soon.

    Thank you...I am sure that it is because of a field for entering their login (not password) for our system.  This was my mistake and am happy to remove it. 


    I also did not get an email notification of your response yesterday.  I am not sure why.

    Yes the issue seems to be caused because of the "Password" text you have added in form. Please check the screenshot below:

    I have deleted the password text from your form and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    On your question related to forum reply not being sent, I did check our email logs and found that reply was sent to your email address successfully.

    I would suggest you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails ended up there. I would also suggest you to please add noreply@jotform.com as a contact in your email account. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist or domain names and IP addresses as well.
