Autoresponder recipient is not getting the email

    Hello,

    I've created a form and used the notification/autoresponder email feature as well. I think I've done it accurately. I have had a few form submissions but the registrant is not receiving any email. Spam was checked an no email received as well for few days. Please help clarify. Thank you.

    You're email settings are fine aside from it seems to be duplicate. However, notice the cross icon beside the email name, that means that you have set a condition that will override the email recipient.

    Please make sure that you have set the correct conditions. If the condition was set for testing purposes only, kindly delete it so your email setup will not get overriden.

    With regards to the duplicate, you currently have two notification emails that sends to the same recipient, and have two autoresponder emails that sends to the value that the user supplies in the "E-mail" field. If there should only be one notification and one autoresponder, you may delete the duplicates by hovering that email setting and clicking the trash icon.
