Dropbox app not working

How does this work? I set this up and I submitted a test form and nothing is showing on my dropbox folder. Am I missing something? Also, how do I manage this app? Can I go somewhere to make adjustments?

Upload to Dropbox with JotForm

If the integration you set is not working, remove it and integrate your form again with Dropbox by following steps from the guide. After that, submit your form to see if the data is properly sent to Dropbox.
