    Can you please support Japanese text for exported PDFs in dropbox support?

    It took a second to figure out everything, but your service is really awersome!

    I am trying to setup a form for authors to register their books to donate towards a disatser reliefe for the Japanese earthquakes that recently took place.

    The exported PDFs seem to not support Japanese text on the higher level menus.


    Can you please fix this so Japanese text is shown when the PDFs are exported to my dropbox?

    Hi Taishi,

    In addition to Albert's response, you might want to consider JotForm's email notification feature while Japanese language support is being prepared by our programming team. With this feature, you can receive email notifications for every form submission completed by your visitors.

    We apologize for missing to inform you of the updates on this matter, tshfkym.

    Upon checking the issue on this thread and testing a form, I noticed that the Japanese language is already being supported when PDFs are being generated.  This also follows that the PDF sent to Dropbox shows the Japanese characters as well.

    If you happen to experience further problems or if you have other concerns, please do let us know.  We'll be more than happy to assist.
