Can I import my own PDF documents into JotForm?

I see that you have this answer in your FAQs page.

But I just wanted to check and see if this technology is available yet? Also how many different PDFs can I use? I have about 3 different PDFs. Thanks!

Attached is one of our current PDF document. It's pretty simple but most of my vendors expect to see this page only as they have approved it for us and if I try to send them a different form with similar format it may raise a few eyebrows.

    Is that a fillable PDF?

To clarify, do you want to import that fillable PDF and make it online form? If so, please refer to my screencast for reference:

For fillable PDF, you can create multiple PDFs in one form.

Yes, that is correct. I can fill in the PDF form on my end and send it to
the client. OR I can have the client fill in the empty form.

You can import the fillable PDF and create a web form. Once done, you can send your form link to them so they can fill it out. Once the fields are filled in, the webform will automatically prepopulate the fillable PDF you uploaded using the data they enter in the webform and give your users an option to download it before submitting the form.

Please refer to the screencast in my previous response on how to import a fillable PDF and make it a web form.
