    Hi Salli!

I believe you are referring to this form correct, https://form.jotform.com/72953765111155? On my end, it does not show me the same error. I did also check that your Square Integration is connected.

Are you able to test out your form once more and send over a screenshot of the error?

Kindly confirm if you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.us/form/72953765111155? Also, please try making a test donation with a small amount like $.01 and submit the forms. Lastly, make sure to capture the console logs by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers.

Send us a screenshot of your console log after replicating the issue https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.

    Looking forward for your response.

    Hello,
It seems to be working again now. I am not sure what is happening, it has been working sometimes and other times not working. Do you have any other suggestions or something I should monitor?
    Thank you so much!

I have cleared the Form cache for your account.

Is this issue caused to a single user or multiple users? If it is for a single user then it might be possible something at his end is to stop the Form submission or there is some issue with the Credit Card that he is entering.

We can identify the exact root cause from the browser console logs. If you experience the issue once again please let us know the screenshot of the browser console logs.

    Thanks.
