NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATION EMAIL

    Hello - I've had two clients call me stating they filled out our form and uploaded files however my team and I did not receive any emails.

    Can you please help us figure out what is going on?

    May you confirm if you find the submissions on your Jotform account?

    You may also provide us more info about the missing submissions, the email address they have used to submit the form would be helpful since we can track the email history.
