I set up sender email as verified, how do I change it to SMTP?

    I set up the auto-responder to have the sender address as workshop@twins...., and when I tested it, it was from JotForm. Then I realized I should have set it up as SMTP. Can I change this?

    Hi - I have already set up the email address as "verified" though. I just want to change it to SMTP. Do I have to delete the address first or can I change it?

    Yes, you can change it without deleting your existing email setup. But please be sure to select the SMTP setup in you Sender email dropdown and then Save the email settings. Only then emails will be triggered using your SMTP setup.
