Request to cancel subscription

    Buenas tardes, solicito la cancelación de la suscripción de Jotform, ya que actualmente no estamos ocupando. En que parte debo de cancelar?

    Hi Alfreditio,

    As requested, I went ahead and processed the downgrade of your account from Bronze to FREE. The account will remain on Bronze plan until August 30, 2019 and will be on FREE plan afterwards.
