    Is your issue related to your School Book Orders? 

    You are receiving the Email Notifications when your form is submitted because your account email address is set as the Recipient Email. If you want to send the Email Notification to some other email address when the form is submitted, you need to change the Recipient Email. Inside of the following guide, you can find how to do it.
