Trouble with approval process workflow

    I'm trying to set up an approval process where a purchase order form is filled out by a sales team, then I need to have a notification sent to a manager first for their signature, and if they sign and approve, it sends a second notification to the CEO for their final signature and approval.  

    I previously posted about this and was directed to this guide, which I followed:

    I'm almost there, but having issues with getting the second approval step to work.  I set up conditions to only have the second notification to the CEO and then the final signature field show up on the form after the first signature field and approval drop down has been filled.  The problem is, the second signature field is appearing before the first approval is submitted (because the approval gets selected) - and the final notification email to the CEO isn't even sending.

    It seems the conditions where I set it to check if the first signature field is filled, is not being recognized as filled when it's signed.

    Can someone help me figure out how to close the loop with this and get it working?

    Well, this is kinda tricky and you need lots of fields to based the conditional logic for this. I'm not sure if this is possible, but let me check if there's a workaround for this.
