How can I securel assign forms to jotform users

I wish to assign the form to users securely using jotform app. please advise how to o this on the desktop version

On a desktop, you can only share the link to your user (by actually sending the link of your form): https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
