my forms are not being delivered to me email but work to another

    Hi,

     

    my forms online stopped sending emails to me: neil@colourdigitalprint.com

    I adjusted the email to another one with the same domian: victoria@colourdigitalprint.com and all seems to work.

    Do you have any idea why they stopped working for my email - are they likely to stop again under the new address?

    Hi Neilkerry,

    That is maybe because all emails from your form has been block by your mail service provider or maybe because of your form settings. Please try to use noreply@jotform.com as your form notifications sender email:

    And, please kindly check this guide for more information about this issue: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues.

    ok, have adjusted these values now - i did see some not configured. Will keep an eye on this.

    Can you see if: neil@colourdigitalprint.com is on your bounce lists?
