Submissions and Forms

    Hello, 


    All our submissions and forms have disappeared from our account.

    And when I try to use a link i used before, it says I do not have permissions. We are a whole tam working on that and none of us has access anymore.

    Can you please fix the issue and put back our submissions ?

    Plus, we Don't have our inbox anymore. All our submissions were appearing on the inbox and the inbox itself doesn't contain anything anymore. THank you,

    The form you provided was created on the account Learnlight. The form has more than 1,600 submissions and they can all be viewed from the mentioned account. Your account CommunicaidParis is a sub-account user of the account Learnlight, but the forms are not shared with your account. 

    I assume that your issue started once you changed the email address of your account. Most likely the main account user added your new email address as the sub-account but forgot to share the forms. Please ask the main account user Learnlight to share the forms with your new email address by following steps from this guide:
