I'm using Jotform for three forms.
From time to time, the forms were deactivated although they didn't reach the maximum of 100 forms (average is about 5 to 15 per month).
Uploads or Paypal is not integrated in any of the forms.
I'd be happy if I could at least get a notification-email that the forms where deactivated.
Please let me know if there are any reasons with my account or the forms which causes the deactivation.

That is because you have your forms limited to only three (3) submissions. Please kindly adjust this settings or remove if you don't need it.
1. Edit your form
2. Click "Setup and Embed"
3. Click "Preferences"
4. Find and Click "Form Limits" tab
5. Find and adjust "Submissions Limit" value
