How can I change the name of a form but when I post it to facebook, it remains an older name.

I have changed to name of one of my forms, although when I go to post to Facebook it continues to use the old title of the form. (i.e. the old form was 2018-2019 & I have changed the name to 2019-2020 & after I post it, it continues to remain the old name).
