Are my forms HIPPA

    hi I just upgraded my account so we could start to have HIPPA forms - I just want to confirm we can now create these forms with the account that I signed up for

    Hi Brendon!

    It looks like you did successfully upgrade to the Silver Plan however you do need to do one more step to get your forms to be HIPAA Compliant. Please follow the guide below:

    Hi Brendon!

    I am unable to see the error message you receive when you try to select Upgrade to HIPAA Compliant. If it is a screenshot can you please provide is once again via the thread and not via email, please.
