Can you tell my why my customer is unable to purchase their collection with their contract?

Hi @christym,
I have tried accessing your form but I can't seem to find an issue. As I have inspected the form, I can see that PayPal integration has been properly configured.
Could you please provide us a specific error that the users have been experiencing so we could check? It would be great if you could also provide a screenshot of the error. Please refer to this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.
