Free Plan Limits

    1.  If we sign up for the nonprofit pricing for say, 10 months, can we pay it in advance?  That way, an officer of the club does not have to deal with requesting monthly reimbursements.

    2.  Also, I think we are on the borderline of being able to use your free service.  There will just be two months out of the year when submissions will be greater than 100 (otherwise, submissions will be close to zero).  If we do the free service and go over a couple of months, how are we charged?

    Thanks,

Unfortunately, the only way you can pay in advanced is for yearly plans. If you were to go for yearly non-profit pricing and you decide to cancel mid-way or with a few months left, you will be getting a refund for the months not used.

If for those two months out of the year you will be going over the Free account submission limit you can upgrade to a paid plan for those to months and then later cancel the subscription.

The other possible option is to continue on with a Free Plan and once you are getting alerted about Submission Limits you can Save and Download all submission data as a PDF or Excel file. Once that is done you can Delete older submissions manually.
