I thought I deleted the passenger info fields off of my CC Auth form (because I created a separate client info form), but they are showing up in the email - I don't need them.

If you want to remove the passenger field info in your notification, you have to edit the notification.
To edit notification, here are the steps.
1. Open your form to edit.
2. Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification.
3. You will see the fields that will show on email notification. You can delete field you don't want to see on email notification. Just put the cursor to row you want to delete then click the image on red box( please see image below).
