Change color of Submit button

I cannot get the color to change in the heading box behind the "submit application" button. I've been able to get all of the other headers to change, but these won't budge.

I have checked your JotForm and see that it is disabled. However, as I tried cloning the form and see that the Submit button is displaying with single color as below though it is in two colors from build mode.
