Upgrading today to Silver question

Might you please show me a screenshot of how the HIPPA compliant image will look when using a one-question at a time option?  Is it only on the welcome page or with every question?

HIPAA Compliance Badge will appear on every card in your form. It will look like this:

You can also decide to remove the badge. Here is the guide:

Does the transitioning to Silver with the HIPPA compliance occur seemlessly/automatically without me needing to do anything manually, as seem to remember a step to do a form by form upgrade once become a silver member.  Yes?

... and btw, needing HIPPA compliance is, right now anyway, the only reason interested in upgrading. 

You can apply via the "Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance" button, which is located in the settings of your account. You can check and follow this guide:

When your account become HIPAA compliant, all your forms will become automatically HIPAA compliant. Here is a guide:

I guess "download data" gets the data to the 'right' server for HIPPA compliance immediately, well, it has not even been launched yet on my end. :-)

When you upgrade to HIPAA compliance, you will be moved on a special server. Then when you download data, it will be downloaded from this server.
