I cannot connect my paypal to my jotform... it says it connects then fails. Please help.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I did checked your form and I noted that PayPal Checkout is not yet connected.
I checked on our PayPal Checkout integration and it is working properly at this time.
I suggest you try connecting to your PayPal account again.
You can follow the steps on the user guide : How to Integrate Form to PayPal Checkout

I see your form is still not connected with Paypal Checkout. Your original screenshot cannot be viewed here, it's broken. Do you still have it? Please access this thread and upload the screenshot again.
