    Hi There!

I am setting up this form to have our parent be able to pay their dues with PayPal.  I was given the school's PayPal user name and password.  But when I got to set up PayPal, it's asking for an e-mail address.  Is there a way to connect it with just a user name, instead of an e-mail address?

    Thanks!

Also,  I need to able to charge $55 to everyone that enrolls.  But, also add an additional $5 for those that want a copy of our directory. Will I be able to do that with JotForm?  Thanks!

    Mac

    Hello Mac,

Our Paypal integration requires the email address to login. I think you are given a username and password as an additional user of the main account. Unfortunately, this type of account does not work in the integration. Please advise your school about this matter.

You may consider giving them your Jotform login so they can connect/authenticate in the form if you are restricted to access the main Paypal account.

Also, your screenshot is showing the sandbox page. If you need it to go live, you should select Live Mode in the Environment dropdown. See screenshot:

Regarding your question with the payment, I have moved that to a new thread. I'll answer the question shortly in this thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1914271
