Please help me change year so the right year shows in links on a cloned form

Hello 

I clone a form year-on-year and always change the header.

however when I receive a copy of the form or copy the link onto social media, an old year always shows. how can I rectify this?

For the email alerts being received when the form is submitted, you would need to update the contents of the email to fix the issue there.

And for the Form Title that shows on Social Media when you post the link to your form, please update the Page Title of your form — How-to-Change-the-Form-Title-Shown-in-the-Browser-Page-Tab. The title of your form showing on the browser page tab is the same as the one showing on Social Media sites.
