Hi -
Connected Jot form to "Connect with Stripe" under the "Stripe Connect Link" and received the "Connected!" confirmation. I then sent my jotform payment request form with the link supplied through Jot Forms.
Recipient was able to open the link (supplied through Jot Form); completely fill in the form with his credit card information. But, when he clicked on submit, he received the following message: "Error PCI checks are failed".
What went wrong?

Are you referring to this form - "https://www.jotform.com/92134284983161"? If yes, I can see that the Stripe form integration is not connected and also it is in Test mode. Please connect and change the mode to Live.
I was able to see that in another form "92136819425158" in your account, also, the Stripe payment was not connected.
