Unable to submit the form after filling all the fields.

    I was just told by a customer that she tried to send a completed form with uploaded images and it would not allow her to submit.  

      I wonder how many submissions I lost this way.  Please tell me what the issue could be and how we can resolve it quickly.  This is effecting my relationships and my business.

    I cloned your form and performed a test submission. However, I am not able to replicate the issue. The form got submitted without any problem.

    Could you please tell are you getting any error? It would be great if you can send a screenshot of the console log. Also, if you embed the form in any web page, please share the URL.
