Customized Invoice Form

    Hello, are you able to create a custom form for me to use for invoice. 

    I want a form that looks like an invoice with my company name and address and my customer name and address pre printed on it. And I want him to be able to input all the supplies he is purchasing, and it'll give him a total that he can sign, and it'll email me a copy. I want it to have the ability to write the serial numbers in. And I want the terms of purchase listed on the bottom before the signature.

    Yes, we could come up with that type of form. But, I would strongly suggest checking the ready-to-use templates for Invoice Form to give you an idea.

    Also, here's a demo form for you that you can clone if it suits your needs and you can configure it according to your requirements.


    For the serial number of the items, it can be done when you receive the submission with the use of the Auto-Responder you can toggle on the "Send on Edit" option. Here's a guide on how to set up the Auto-Responder for Email Notifications.
