To my understanding, you want two Google Spreadsheet integration. Unfortunately, there's only one available integration for the Google Spreadsheet.
You can try to create an Excel Report so you can have multiple updated spreadsheet. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report

Unfortunately, that is not possible. A new sheet will be created whenever you integrate your form to a Google Spreadsheet.
