My form (from a template) now sends me this message when I select 'Submit"

    JavaScript From "Form.jotform.com"

Invalid Paypal account used. Please contact form owner.

Where do you change the account?  Would this be my account or the customer's account?

The error message you provided is usually shown when a form is not integrated with PayPal.

How to Integrate Form with Paypal (Standard)

I tested your form and it is working fine. When I submitted the form I was redirected to the PayPal's checkout page.

Your form is integrated with the PayPal account that has the same email address as your JotForm account. Were you able to resolve the issue?

I am using Vavaldi Browser and I don't see a setting for 'autofill' so I'm not sure if its filling in my email address or not, but as soon as I submit the payment my email is also shown at the top of the page.

I am leary of switching this template's embedded Paypal Standard to Square for fear of deleting the question (products) page.  When I deleted that part on a 'test' form everything was deleted, not just the payment integration.

I am not really sure what you mean by "as soon as I submit the payment my email is also shown at the top of the page.", could you share a screenshot to illustrate? https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Please note that when you delete a payment field and add another one, the products configuration will show up in the new payment field, so you don't have to create them again.

Ok.  I understand.  Not sure how to do a screenshot or else I would attach.  I will try the paypal integration again.  I still get my email address autofilled in the paypal screen when it is filled, even though I changed the email address on the order form.  But if you say its working I'm going to trust that it is.  thanks

You can download skitch (snip tool) or you can use the built-in snipping tool in your windows and then upload it to our support forum, please check this guide on: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

I also reviewed your form and it is configured properly. However, your payment field is not set as required. Meaning, users can submit the form even if they did not select any product/item in your PayPal field.

If you do not want users to submit the form without selecting any item, please set your PayPal field as required. Please check my screenshot below for reference.
