Form does not appear on my website

    I've tried to insert/embed the iframe code to my zenfolio website but its just giving me a blank space: Jotform refused to connect..

    If not, please give it a try. If yes, could you please share the website link and the form URL so we can investigate it further.

    There is a conflict with the embedded code and the script code on your webpage. Please try to embed the form using the iFrame method: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    If that doesn't work, please change the URL in the src of the iframe embed code:

    Change it to: https://www.jotform.com/92151697046158?customize=1
