    Hi guys,

After several days of trialing jotform I've just discovered you don't support 2 factor authentication! I'm incredibly surprised that after the big hack on jotform a few years back and the evolution of software making this industry standard for data protection, this still hasn't been implemented.

Having written all the CSS code I needed for jotform to work in our environment I was all but ready to subscribe but this is a major concern that could well be the deal breaker. What are the actual plans for implementing this? Your replies to similar questions on the forum aren't giving us much hope that real security is a consideration at the company. HIPAA and PCI DSS Level one don't mean much if someone can guess or brute force a password to get into the account.

    Thank you for your help!

    Michael

Unfortunately, 2FA is not yet implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

I will make a request to the developers and see if this can be done. I will also let you know when we have an update on this.
