    I upgraded to Silver plan, and just tried to Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance under Data. I don't remember getting a specific password for Jotform; I've been signing in under my Google account number.

    When I try to upgrade my password using my Google password for Upgrade to HIPPA Compliance, it says my password is invalid. 

    When I go to Profile and try to edit my password, it doesn't accept my Google password as current password there either. So, I seem to be stuck; I'm not sure what my password is or what to do, what I'm missing?

    Please try using the forgot password option:
