How do I change account password and username?

im trying to change my user name and passcode. how do i do that?

What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address winkstu****@yahoo.com

You can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in sign in window. 

Once you change your account password and login to your account, please let us know your desired username and if it is still available, we will change your account username.
