PayPal button image was not showing up

When testing my form, the PayPal button image was not showing up.  I removed the image, but I think this caused my form not to redirect to PayPal.  Please help me fix the image or make sure the form redirects to paypal.

Also, the way membership works is that we allow people to pay by check.  Will their responses show up if they click submit, but don't pay via PayPal?

I checked your form and I can verify that the Submit button is showing correctly. Here's a screenshot:

If you want, you can replace the Submit button with an image. In the Form Builder, select the Submit button field and then go to Properties. Click the Choose a File button under the Button Image and then upload the image you prefer. 

I also did a test submission to your form and I can verify that it is working properly. After hitting the Submit button, I got redirected to the PayPal Checkout page. Here's a screen capture:
