    Hello,

I have anomalies concerning the language of my form:

The main language of the form is "English UK" and I have added a translation which is "French".

However, despite the primary language of the form being "English UK", entire parts of my form are automatically offered... in French (my country of location). For your information, I never write these automatic content in french.

As a result, some "WARNINGS" and other credit card / payment related translations are directly available in French in the "English UK form". And if we translate them into English, people with the French forms will have translations... in English !

how can I fix this ?

Feel free to contact me if you need more informations

I have checked further but could not replicate the issue in your form. May we know the field name which is getting translated in French when the language selected is English.

For the untranslated entries you may translate it via the Form settings:

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your answer.
At first sight, it is normal that you don't see anything because everything
    is mixed.
Here are some captures with parts of the form and then the translation
part. You see for example that in my form it says "name" and that the same
"name" appears in french "nom" and that I can only translate it.
Please fin attached several examples :

    here another example:
the "form warnings" are in the form in English but in the "backoffice" are

In the payment section, the months are automatically proposed in French and not English.
As a result, an English user will have his form all in English with parts in French that I can't modify at the moment.

In the payment section it's something discouraging that beta testers have come up on our side (lack of credibility, lack of trust, looks like a fake or  hack)

We are really sorry that this is taking some time to resolve.

If this is browser related issue then you could disable the auto fill option from your Form settings.

To translate the Form warning please change it via the Form settings:

    15650274061.PNG

Go to Translations>>Edit the French language>Form Warnings as shown above.

    2. To translate the other Fields in the payment field you can edit it via the same settings:

Go to Translations>>Edit the French language>Field Translations

    1565027742form.gif

    3. In the payment section, the months are automatically proposed in French and not English.
As a result, an English user will have his form all in English with parts in French that I can't modify at the moment.

When I checked your untranslated entries which you shared, the month is appearing in English which is correctly shown:

    15650280741.PNG

    4. This item does not even appear in the translation part

If you check the same Form settings screen, click CTRL+F you would able to find views, budget words then translate it.

    I hope this clarifies further.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

I think there are some confusions and problems:

1/ I cannot modify the "form warnings" in the translation part. This is a problem I had already reported to your support, but the only answer I received was "we can't reproduce the problem". However, I wouldn't waste my time on support if I really didn't have a problem, especially for a service I've been paying for (for several months.)

I have tried on several web browsers but it doesn't work for me.  I made you a video you can download at this link : https://plik.root.gg/file/NadtsPVRbiPAMk37/2aaC9Z7RqolOI3XZ/The%20Easiest%20Online%20Form%20Builder%20_%20Jotform%20-%20Google%20Chrome%2006_08_2019%2013_36_58.mp4

2&3/The forms are well translated. However, in my back office, the terms are always mixed in French and English, which is confusing for us especially if we want to translate more languages.

4/ The item you show is an other I use in my word and that is hidden. The item I show you "Views" still not appear. And even I translate the item you show me, nothing happen (CF Images)

    1565093221vue france.JPG

    1565093255trad vue.JPG

Bonus without impact on our activity: some parts of jotform are not well translated. For example, the "loading message" I see this message in French which clearly makes no sense. I think the original message was "Working" or "loading", but in French it's "chargement". The message you display and see in the image has no meaning.

    Best regards

    1. Can you please try to clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browser and use different browser, if still not working?

2.&3. Most probably, this happens, because you use the French version of JotForm. I mean the app itself (the menu items). Can you please try to switch to English and test again?

    4. Please try to apply the simple fixes from the first point and then go in the translation and translate again these fields.

Thank you for your note about the label. I will forward this to the dev team.
