Why am I seeing ads?

    I paid $199 for an advanced version.  Why am I seeing ads on my forms?

    Do you mean the Jotform branding? You are currently on the free plan. 

    I see no recent payment made on your account. It says your subscription has expired. You need to update your card on file if you want to continue. If you have recently made a payment to us, we need the proof of payment such as the invoice/receipt. Please take a screenshot, access this thread to upload or send the proof to support@jotform.com.

    To update your card on file, go to your billing page at https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

    Thank you. I'll can't afford it now, but will try to buy Bronze package later.
